Founder & Managing Director

PMJF Lion Dr.L.SHANTHA KUMAR, born on 2nd December 1957.

A graduate in Commerce from Vivekananda College and completed

his law degree in Bengaluru. He is the Managing Director of

SAGAS Group of Companies. He started his Real Estate Business in

the year 1985 and successfully developed many housing layouts, constructed over 46 Building and Villa Projects in Chennai and Bengaluru.
